Skin conditions can range from mildly discomforting or embarrassing like eczema to critical and incurable conditions like melanoma. There also exists a category of rare and often unheard of skin conditions which can only be termed as bizarre. Here is a list of them in no particular order:

Vampire Disease: So called because the people suffering from it find in sunlight a wretched enemy of skin.

Argyria: A condition caused by consuming silver. Skin goes grey or blue in color.

Hypertrichosis: Also known as human werewolf syndrome. Excessive hair sprouts even on generally bald surfaces on the body.

Aquagenic Urticaria: One of the rarest of allergies, this condition causes severe allergic reaction to water.

Dermatographia: It is a condition where skin is over sensitive and even slight scratch can make the skin red and raised.

Stigmata: Perhaps the most bizarre. People with this condition show wounds on their body corresponding to the crucifixion wounds of Jesus.
