As much as a healthy body is important in life, so is a healthy skin. The skin is something that is visible to everyone and is also a part of the human body that decides the present ability of a person. A large part of the human body’s skin is exposed to natural elements like sunlight, dust, pollution etc. hence it is important that good care is taken of the skin.
The basic skin care routine consists of daily washing, toning, moisturizing and protecting from sun’s rays with the help of sun block. This routine not only keeps the skin clean, soft and fresh but also protects it from harmful effects of the nature and pollution. Apart from this cleansing routine a healthy diet and constant intake of water also helps keep the skin healthy. A generous amount of juicy fruits that are rich in vitamin C help the skin to fight effects of aging and a lot of water flushes out the toxins from the skin and keeps it glowing.
