It is always better to prevent skin aging than to cure it. It is a known medical fact that smoking facilitates quicker skin aging. This kind of aging is known as photo aging. It’s also important to avoid direct sunlight. Excessive Ultra Violet rays damages the tissues of the skin. If it is inevitable to avoid direct sunlight, be sure to wear appropriate sun screen. Remember the main cause of wrinkles on the skin surface is the Ultra Violet rays.
Excessive drinking causes dehydration of the body. This is not suitable for the body. To the contrary it’s advisable to drink a large amount of water each day. It’s important to drink at least eight glasses of water each day. Always eat a balanced diet. Every meal should have a sizeable amount of vegetables and at least one fruit. A daily intake of vitamins is also advisable. Vitamins help in the elimination of free radicals.
