There are several ways to improve your skin which does not require any commercial soaps or cleansers as they contain chemicals that might harm your skin. Natural home skin care entails the use of natural methods to make your skin look young and healthy.
Some of the ways to make your skin healthy is to drink a lot of water. Water is known to be a basic requirement for life and it is also used to washout a lot of radicals and other substances therefore drinking a lot of it is important. Secondly you have to cut down on foods that are known to cause acne and other skin conditions. Thirdly wash your face and other affected areas twice a day. Fourthly, use a non-clogging moisturizer always on your skin especially the one that contains SPF 15 on it. Fifth, use a natural deodorant and a detergent that has no dyes or perfumes.
